We check every single address with our shipping carrier before an order ships. This has saved many packages from being delivered late. If we find a problem with an address we will let you know so it can be checked and fixed. It is important this is done because the same town can have a street named Smith St. and Smith Dr.
Your order will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Please be mindful of the heavy shipping volumes during holiday seasons and try to order your gifts to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery. We cannot be responsible if adverse weather conditions impact the delivery of your order. If you do have a question or a problem, the best way to contact us is email. We also ask that you give us a valid email address and a daytime telephone number so that we can respond to you as quickly as possible.
We rely on delivery companies to make the delivery. If they make a mistake, we ask them for a refund and then pass it on to you. If by chance (and this has happened before) a customer gives us an old address and the package comes back, we will have to charge another delivery charge for a second shipment. We are sorry, but this is why we stress the importance of checking your delivery address and making sure it is accurate.
