Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. Monday through Friday. We do, however, process orders outside of office hours. All communication with our customers is via email which allows us to devote personal attention to each and every order. We may contact you by telephone if we do not get a response to our email or if time is an issue. You can contact us at order@justnameyourgift.com at any time. We continually check emails outside of normal business hours as well. Orders are prepared as they are received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
