Return Policy

Returns and replacements:

Items that are free from defects and completed as ordered and as described on our website are not returnable.

If however, the item is not 100% free from defects, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. We do not pay for you to ship the item back to us.

You MUST send us an email to arrange for a return or replacement. Please provide us with a description of the problem and a telephone number where you can be reached.  We will send you instructions for your return along with a Return Authorization Number.  UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Just Name Your Gift specializes in producing gifts to your specifications.  Please verify all spellings, titles, dates, messages, years and ALL personalization information you provide BEFORE confirming your order.  We pride ourselves in our ability to process orders quickly and efficiently.  Your order is automatically sent to our production department when it is placed.

We are not responsible for orders that are processed with mis-spellings, wrong dates, etc. if that is the information given to us.
