If for whatever reason, there is a problem with processing your order, we will immediately notify you via email and/or by telephone.  Because our products are customized to your specifications, we will not process an order we have questions about until we hear from you.  If an item is out of stock, we will let you know.  We will suggest alternative gifts that may be to your liking but we will not automatically substitute items.  If a suitable alternative is not available, we will refund your money without question. 

We reserve the right to make adjustments if a price is incorrect or shipping is more than the published rate. You will be contacted prior to any changes to your order. Please give us a daytime phone number and an email address you check frequently during the day so we can contact you.
